DANA POINT : Water-Saving Kits Offered for Free

Free water conservation kits that can save a typical home about 1,000 gallons of water a month are being offered by the Capistrano Beach County Water District.
Each kit contains a low-flow shower head, a toilet tank displacement bag and conservation tips. The cost of the kits is being shared by the water district and its wholesale supplier, the Tri-Counties Municipal Water District.
The kits may be obtained at the district office, 26101 Victoria Blvd., in the Capistrano Beach area of the city. More information is available by calling (714) 496-5261.
