The Region : Hearings on Freeway Plan

Two public hearings will be held by Caltrans this week on the proposed 28.2-mile extension of California 30 from La Verne to Interstate 215 in San Bernardino.
The first hearing will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Claremont School of Theology, Mudd Auditorium, 1325 N. College Ave. An informal session, beginning at 5:30 p.m., will precede the hearing.
On Thursday, there will be a hearing from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Chaffey College cafeteria, 5885 Haven St., Rancho Cucamonga.
