Power Team: Jessica Lange has been cast to star with Robert De Niro in “Night and the City,” a 20th Century Fox film to be directed by Irwin Winkler. The movie, a remake of a 1950 film directed by Jules Dassin, is about a attorney who finds himself in trouble when he works as a boxing promoter. The Martin Scorsese presentation begins production in November with a release date set for fall of 1992. Lange and De Niro also team up in “Cape Fear,” a Scorsese movie due out in November.
