Vohs New Chairman of San Francisco Fed

James A. Vohs has been named chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for 1992.
Vohs succeeds Robert F. Erburu, who was chairman for one year and has been designated deputy chairman.
Vohs, chairman of the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Inc. and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals in Oakland, joined the San Francisco Fed board in 1990 and will take over as chairman in January.
Erburu is chairman of Los Angeles-based Times Mirror Co.
Vohs, 62, and Erburu, 60, were selected as directors who are representative of non-banking interests on the board.
