Body Found in Water

Police found the body of a man in the water under the Ingraham Street bridge in Pacific Beach Tuesday night, authorities said.
The man had chest injuries, and the case is being turned over to homicide investigators, Sgt. Michael Davis, a spokesman for the San Diego Police Department, said.
