Accidents Fatal to 2

Two people were killed in East County traffic accidents late Tuesday. Few details were available.
In El Cajon, a motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a truck, an El Cajon Police spokesman said.
In the Lakeside area, a driver was killed near the junction of Interstate 8 and Los Coches Road when his car veered off the road, the California Highway Patrol said.
San Diego County medical examiner’s deputies were investigating the deaths Tuesday night.
