A storm front from Alaska made a timid appearance in San Diego Wednesday, scattering drizzles across the county, the National Weather Service reported.
The drizzle was expected to end Wednesday night, followed by partly cloudy skies today and possibly more rain on the weekend.
Highs Wednesday were in the low to mid-70s. Morning temperatures reached the low 60s.
The leftover cloud system will remain for a few days “with not much affect,” forecaster Frank O’Leary said. But, starting Saturday, San Diegans may see more rain and “breezy conditions,” with winds from 15 to 30 m.p.h.
