Davis Will: Jazz trumpeter Miles Davis, who died Sept. 28 in Santa Monica at age 65, left more than $1 million to be shared by some of his children and other relatives, according to his will filed for probate in New York. The eight-page will leaves shares of the estate to Davis’ daughter, Cheryl, of St. Louis; son Erin of Woodland Hills; nephew Vincent Wilburn of Woodland Hills; brother Vernon of East St. Louis, Ill., and sister Dorothy Wilburn of Chicago. The will leaves nothing to two sons, Gregory and Miles III, a brother Joseph; or three former wives--dancer Frances Taylor, singer Betty Mabry and actress Cicely Tyson.
