Village Christian 26, Marshall Fundamental 0--Myles Brown scored on a 90-yard kickoff return to open the second half and later ran 33 yards for a touchdown on a reverse to lead the Crusaders (2-4-1, 1-1) at Kennedy High.
Village Christian’s Chad Everett rushed for 122 yards in 31 carries and scored a touchdown. Erik Martin led the Crusader defense with two interceptions, including a 45-yard return for a touchdown. Marshall Fundamental (0-7, 0-2) was limited to 53 yards.
