* Randy Abrahams has been promoted to the newly created post of senior vice president and national marketing director of Fremont Financial Corp., a unit of Fremont General Corp.
Abrahams, 30, most recently was vice president and region marketing executive in the company’s Chicago office. He will relocate to the firm’s Santa Monica headquarters.
