THOUSAND OAKS : Man, 30, Killed in Motorcycle Crash

A Thousand Oaks motorcyclist was killed early Tuesday morning when he failed to negotiate a curve on Thousand Oaks Boulevard, according to a Ventura County sheriff’s report.
Randolph B. Woznick, 30, “appears to have been traveling at a high rate of speed” when he missed a curve about 800 feet east of Via Merida.
The victim was found shortly before 6 a.m. by a jogger, the report said.
According to the Ventura County coroner’s office, the victim’s motorcycle was found wrapped around a construction pole. Woznick was not wearing a helmet, a coroner’s spokesman said.
