Carson’s Special Trash Pickup This Week

Carson is conducting its fall special trash pickup this week for residents of one-, two- and three-family units.
Crews will pick up such items as furniture, appliances, freezers and refrigerators with doors removed, mattresses, rugs and items in containers or trash bags. Tree branches and trimmings that are securely tied in bundles not more than 4 feet long, 18 inches in diameter or 60 pounds in weight will also be picked up.
Construction debris, auto bodies, dirt, sand, untied tree trimmings and other non-household trash will not be picked up. Items should be placed curbside by 7 a.m. on the regular trash pickup day this week. For more information, call (310) 830-7600.
