I am disappointed that you chose to print the “Doonesbury” cartoons depicting Quayle’s alleged drug use.
I suppose you chose to run them because you did not want to be accused of censorship. You censor material every day when you decide what to print and what not to print.
Why do you feel it necessary to publish discredited allegations against Vice President Quayle?
One of your own articles discredited Quayle’s alleged drug use (Nov. 7). Is it because you agree with Trudeau’s politics more than you agree with Quayle’s?
