4.4 Quake Hits Alaska

ANCHORAGE — A minor earthquake measuring 4.4 struck Alaska early Sunday. There were no reports of damage or injuries. It was a “deep” earthquake, centered about 60 miles underground, about 100 miles west of Kodiak, the Alaska Earthquake Information Center in Fairbanks said.
