Staci Blough headed home a goal with 5:17 to play to break a 1-1 tie and give Cal State Dominguez Hills a 2-1 victory over Sonoma State for the NCAA Division II women’s soccer championship.
Amy Rubin also scored for Dominguez Hills, which had fallen behind, 1-0, when Sonoma’s Tami Bradley scored in the first half.
