NHL ROUNDUP : Nordiques Lose in Page’s Debut

Mark Recchi scored three goals and added three assists as the Pittsburgh Penguins beat the Quebec Nordiques, 7-3, Monday night in Pierre Page’s first game as Quebec’s coach.
Page, Quebec’s general manager, fired coach Dave Chambers on Sunday and took over behind the bench in this home game.
Montreal 1, Edmonton 0--Stephan Lebeau’s power-play goal in the second period at Montreal helped the Canadiens end a three-game winless streak.
The Oilers had only 12 shots on goal and came within one of the record for fewest shots against Montreal.
