Alhambra Teacher Honored by Council

Mary Hunt, an Alhambra School District adult division teacher, has been honored by the California Council of Adult Education, South Coast Section.
Hunt was cited for creating a loving atmosphere in her classroom and encouraging active student participation.
She wrote an article on her technique, “Teaching Peace in the Classroom,” which appeared in The Adult Learner magazine.
