Lewis H. Carpenter has been appointed senior vice president, international, for FileNet Corp. He was previously vice president, western region, for the Costa Mesa manufacturer of image-processing systems. In addition, Lawrence S. Jordan, formerly senior vice president, sales, was named to the new post of senior vice president, sales and services.
