PICKING ON BILL: Rep. William E. Dannemeyer (R-Fullerton) is used to verbal bashing from liberals. But it irked him when Parade magazine ran a survey of 25 Capitol Hill staffers that ranked him “Biggest Phony” in Congress. . . . Dannemeyer spokesman Paul Mero, calling it a farce, says: “Even the congressman’s enemies know he’s no phony. He’s like that Pepsi commercial: He’s the real thing.”
