Hunter’s Trophies: Now It Can Be Told

Re “Hunting the Hunters” (Dec. 2): I worked on a movie that was shot at Bruno Scherrer’s home. It made me cry to see the stuffed bodies of once beautiful animals grotesquely displayed. They included the snow leopard and other animals I knew to be endangered.
To me, the most sickening feature in this mausoleum was the series of photos of Scherrer with his freshly killed victims. He smiled in all of them.
I am very thankful he has stopped his irresponsible killing.
