Job Changes at Wahlco

A. Noel DeWinter has been appointed vice president, corporate planning and analysis, for Wahlco Environmental Systems Inc. in Irvine. He was formerly vice president, finance. Before joining the company in 1989, DeWinter was vice president, control and administration, of Challenger Minerals Inc., a subsidiary of Global Marine Inc. In addition, Frederick C. Johnson, formerly vice president and treasurer, has been appointed vice president, financial accounting and tax. Michael J. Lowell, who had been director of corporate development, was elected treasurer. Wahlco Environmental Systems manufactures air pollution control and power efficiency equipment, and provides related services to electric utilities and industrial manufacturers.
