Marketing to Seniors: And behind every successful retirement community is a successful marketer.
The Seniors Housing Council, an arm of the Building Industry Assn., will discuss ways that developers can reach consumers 55 and older at a breakfast meeting Jan. 16 in the Irvine Mariott.
Featured speaker will be Frank Conaway, president of Primelife, a communications firm in Costa Mesa that specializes in marketing to an older audience. He will talk about the advantages and disadvantages of the various advertising media--television, magazines, newspapers and radio--used to reach senior citizens.
The Seniors Housing Council provides networking and educational opportunities for professionals involved in constructing housing for the over-55 market.
