Andersen, Halvaks of OC Sports Assn. Sign New Contracts

Don Andersen and Rob Halvaks, the top administrators of the the Orange County Sports Assn., the governing organization of the Freedom Bowl and the Disneyland Pigskin Classic, signed new three-year contracts Monday.
Andersen has been the executive director since March 1990; Halvaks, the associate executive director, has been with the association since October, 1989.
Jack Lindquist, OCSA president, credited the leadership of the two men for the growth of the organization’s two football games.
