Death Row

It is very refreshing to at last have the U.S. Supreme Court consider doing something about the people on Death Row (“Action Ordered on Death Sentences,” Jan. 14).
Some of them have been on Death Row for 10 years and more. Since there is a death penalty it should either be enforced or turn the murderers loose and let them do it again.
