* Robert E. Rulon was named corporate vice president-controller at Lockheed Corp.
Rulon, 49, formerly corporate vice president-internal audit for the Calabasas-based aerospace concern, succeeded Robert H. Northcutt Jr., 57, who retired to become a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the rule-making body for the accounting profession.
Anne Woodyard was promoted to staff vice president-internal audit at Lockheed to succeed Rulon, and Michael W. DeNeal was promoted to the newly created post of staff vice president-financial planning.
