The American Cinematheque’s “Saturday Matinees for Children and Their Families” continues Feb. 15 at the Directors Guild, 7920 Sunset Blvd, with a 2 p.m. screening of “Born Free” (1966), based on Joy Adamson’s best-selling novel about two Kenyan game wardens (Virginia McKenna, Bill Travers) who raise a lion as a pet.
