WAY UPSCALE: Coldwell Banker has put out a house guide aimed at business people relocating. It shows what it would cost you to buy a four-bedroom, with-family-room, 2,200-square-foot home in a nice neighborhood in 250 markets. . . . As you might have guessed, Orange County is more expensive than most places, with Newport Beach at $562,156 and seventh highest on the list. Beverly Hills, as always, is at the top, at almost $1.2 million. You can buy at least 15 houses for that in Oklahoma City.
