Lewis Galoob Toys Inc. announced the appointments of Louis R. Novak and Gary J. Niles as executive vice presidents and of Sharon D. Duncan as vice president.
Novak, 45, who was also named chief operating officer, joined Galoob in 1989 after over 18 years of directing operational and financial activities for emerging and Fortune 500 companies, including Coleco Industries, Leisure Dynamics, All American Gourmet Co. and Mattel.
Niles, 52, joined the company in 1989. Previously he was president of Universal Associated Cos., a division of Universal Matchbox Toys.
Before joining Galoob, Duncan, 40, was vice president of Krames Communications, Daly City, Calif.
