It sounds like the AQMD is aiming its arsenal at enervated entrepreneurs when it should be declaring the demise of the diesel.
I would rather live next door to a wood-burning pit barbecue for 30 years than sit in traffic behind a diesel Mercedes at a stop light for 30 seconds! (And look out when the light changes to green!)
