Take a Bow: KCET won the top prize and three other awards over the weekend at the Houston International Film and Video Festival. The highest prize went to “Millennium: Tribal Wisdom and Modern World,” a 10-part series exploring different cultures that will premiere Monday. “The Astronomers” documentary series and two American Playhouse productions, “Hot Summer Winds” and “Darrow,” also were honored.
