Bowl Substitution: The Los Angeles Philharmonic, which already has had to replace pianist Alfred Brendel for concerts next week at Hollywood Bowl, has lost another soloist. Violinist Leonidas Kavakos has had to leave town due to a family emergency. He will be replaced tonight in Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons” by Mark Peskanov.
