* Richard A. Fink has been elected senior executive vice president and chief legal officer of Glendale Federal Bank. He was also elected a director.

Fink, 51, joins the bank after having served as a partner since 1980 with the law firm of McKenna & Fitting, the principal outside counsel to the bank.

Glendale Bank also announced the promotions of three members of senior management. John E. Haynes was named chief financial officer; Margaret C. Sheridan was elected executive vice president and director of corporate administration, and Licia C. Ramos was promoted to senior vice president of human resources.

Haynes, 46, succeeds Stephen J. Trafton as chief financial officer, with Trafton continuing as chairman and chief executive. Before the promotion, Haynes served as executive vice president and chief accounting officer.

Sheridan, 50, most recently served as senior vice president and director of human resources.

Ramos, 39, replaces Sheridan.
