Daniel Nash Pleads Guilty: The former Century City accountant pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to bank fraud and making false statements to federally insured institutions. Authorities said, Nash, 46, admitted that he and his accomplices obtained $600,000 in loans from First Interstate Bank after supplying it with fake tax returns. Nash also admitted submitting fabricated tax returns to obtain a $200,000 line of credit from First Pacific Bank. He faces a prison sentence of 20 years and $1.75 million in fines.
