A media marketing concern, Inside 12 X 12, has moved from Chatsworth to a 96,000-square-foot building on Lindero Canyon Road in Westlake Village. The company, whose name is derived from 12-inch LPs, which used to dominate the recording industry, assists major music concerns in marketing videos, movies and other entertainment properties.
Inside 12 X 12 paid $4.3 million for the structure, which formerly was occupied by Ibis Systems, a computer memory manufacturer, said Jeffrey Hitz, of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services. He and William Napier, both of the real estate firm’s Sherman Oaks office, represented the buyer in the deal. The seller was Wells Fargo Bank.
