Notebook Computer: Irvine-based Advanced Logic Research Inc. said Tuesday that it will sell a color notebook computer for prices starting at $4,495.
The computer, based on Intel’s 486 line of microprocessors, will be available later this month, the company said. The machine will compete with similar offerings from Compaq Computer Corp. in Houston and AST Research Inc. in Irvine.
