If it’s trophy-sized bass you’re after, then Castaic Lake is the place to go.
The Los Angeles County reservoir produced several limits in the last week, including a 13-pound largemouth caught, and released, by Gary Harrison of Castaic; an 11-pound 8-ounce bass caught by Keith Cummings of Montrose, and an 11-pounder by David Brink of Castaic.
