Jason Moler of Cal State Fullerton was replaced by Jason Varitek on the U.S. Olympic team baseball. Varitek, from Georgia Tech, was cut from the team last week but stayed with the team as a bullpen catcher. Moler suffered torn knee ligaments on Sunday in an exhibition game against Korea at Charlotte, N.C.
