* Steve Pinkow has been appointed executive vice president of sales for Ocean Pacific Sunwear Ltd.’s children’s apparel division. Pinkow will be responsible for selling the Tustin-based company’s children’s apparel, which is produced by OP Childrenswear of Denver; and children’s T-shirts, manufactured by Pacific Outlook Sportswear in Anaheim. For the past six years, he was executive vice president for the Polly Flinders division of Baylis Co. in New York. In his new position, he will be based in New York at OP’s corporate showroom offices.
