Low-Cost Home Builder Honored

Ira Norris, president of Inco Homes, one of the country’s affordable housing leaders, has been chosen “Housing Person of the Year” for the Los Angeles area by the National Housing Conference (NHC).
NHC, the nation’s oldest nonprofit bipartisan citizens’ housing organization, advocates national housing policies designed to make decent housing available, affordable and accessible to all citizens.
“I know of no other person in the country who is more deserving of this award than Ira Norris,” said Ralph Lewis, chairman of the board for Lewis Homes.
