‘Tommy’ Stays On: The hit run of the Who’s rock opera “Tommy” at the La Jolla Playhouse has been extended again, and now will play through Sept. 13. The company has been performing to capacity crowds since previews began a month ago. Aug. 30 was to have been the closing date.
