Three men are scheduled to be arraigned this morning in Ventura County Superior Court on charges of selling four kilograms of cocaine to undercover officers.
Oxnard residents Refugio Arballo, 41, and Martin Sanchez, 31, and Moises Lopez-Jaimes, 32, of Santa Paula were indicted by the Ventura County grand jury Wednesday.
The three men face two felony charges each of selling, offering to sell or transporting cocaine, and possession of cocaine for sale. If convicted, the men could receive six to eight years in prison, Deputy Dist. Atty. Greg Phillips said.
According to Phillips, the three men had not been charged with selling cocaine in the past, but have a history of personal drug use.
The men were arrested at an Oxnard motel July 14, culminating a four-month investigation by Oxnard and Ventura police, assisted by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
