Milgrim Gets Newly Created CEO Post at Capitol Records

Hale Milgrim, president of Capitol Records since 1989, has been given the additional title of chief executive. The newly created title was part of Milgrim’s new long-term contract at the Hollywood-based record label. Capitol is owned by Thorn-EMI of Germany.
