* Howard Bass, a partner with Ernst & Young in New York, has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer of New York-based Savoy Pictures Entertainment Inc.
Bass has specialized in accounting and finance for entertainment companies, including Tri-Star Pictures and Columbia Pictures Entertainment, where the founders of Savoy Pictures formerly worked.
