VISTA : Car Flips Into Ditch, Killing Man, 27

A 27-year-old man was killed Thursday when he lost control of his car, which flipped into a roadside ditch.
Fidel Zapata Palomo of Vista suffered massive head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene about 1:45 a.m., a spokesman for the county medical examiner’s office said.
The accident took place on Olive Avenue north of Vista Way.
