Reebok vs. Nike, Olympic village vs. a posh hotel, Charles Barkley vs. sportsmanship. If only the Dream Team could match its skills with a basketball with a bit of humility, it truly would be something to be proud of. Unfortunately, the players were not in Barcelona to represent their country, but for their own enormous egos.
What do we have to be proud of? A bully named Charles? The commercialism of Air Jordan? Give me back the amateurs, please. This is embarrassing.
