Reporting Overseas: KCBS-TV dispatched anchor Tritia Toyota and assistant news director Michael Horowicz to Bosnia-Herzegovina on Tuesday. Their reports from the beleaguered region will start airing on Channel 2 newscasts today. Among other assignments, Toyota and Horowicz will visit Zagreb and Sarajevo to follow up on relief efforts by Southern Californians in those areas. Their special segments will continue throughout this week.
