The Heritage Bowl, a postseason game for black schools that lost money last year, plans to return on Jan. 2 in the Orange Bowl.
Organizers are negotiating with Black Entertainment Television to carry the game matching champions of the Southwestern and Mid-Eastern Athletic Conferences.
