* Don Willet has been elected president of the board of directors for the Orange County Fair and Exposition Center. He was appointed to the board by Gov. George Deukmejian in 1990. Willet runs his own public affairs and political consulting business in Newport Beach. Randy Smith, who has a governmental relations consulting firm in Irvine, was elected vice president.
