* Elizabeth Olsen has been appointed vice president of administration for Executive Horizons Inc., a Newport Beach outplacement firm. She was previously manager of employee relations for Mazda Motors of America Inc. in Irvine. Before that, Olsen was manager of employment and employee relations for Homedco in Fountain Valley and National Education Corp. in Irvine.
