BATTLEGROUND: George Bush is making Orange County familiar territory: First Lady Barbara Bush was here last month. Bush also campaigned here less than six weeks ago but will be back Sunday. And he’s bringing with him Ronald Reagan, who carried the county overwhelmingly in both his campaigns. The two will appear at an Anaheim rally Sunday--location to be announced.
